Terms and Conditions
All costing’s have been worked out on the endless based on the following:
- All costs are based on vulcanising only
- Costs are based on all belt adjustments have been detention – e.g. screw take up or gravity take up have been lifted and secured
- The belt ends are at the nominated splicing station (by Rubberline)
- The conveyor belt has been placed under tension to archive the correct belt length
- All costs are based on the splicing station being at ground level
- Any crane / scaffolding will need to be supplied by the client or added as an extra charge
- Power will need to be supplied by the client both for single phase and three phase (32amp outlets) to run the vulcaniser’s
- Power outlets should be no more than 30 meters from splicing station. If this cannot be achieved – a traffic area will be barricaded to protect power leads
- All belt feeder will be priced once Brightwater has given Rubberline belt running lengths (Item 12)
- Belting and installation has been quoted as a total of 1 contract. Rubberline is not interested in entering a contract for the supply only or installation only, of the conveyor belting.
- Our employees are covered by the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2010. If our employees are required to be registered under another award or required to join a Union, our costs have not been calculated to include this provision. As such, we will be required to adjust our rates to cover the extra cost at $3.50 per hour per employee.
